Important Notice – Embedded Videos

KinkyKiwi.fun does not host any videos directly on its servers. All videos on our platform are embedded from third-party websites such as Pornhub, Xvideos, and similar content providers.

Note: If your copyrighted content appears in an embedded video, the most effective way to have it removed is to contact the original hosting website directly. Once the video is removed from the source, it will automatically disappear from our site as well.

You may still submit a DMCA request to us, but please note that in most cases, we have no control over third-party hosted content.

Please Note

  • Incomplete or vague requests will not be processed.
  • We may forward your complaint to the user or platform responsible for the embedded content.
  • You may be required to provide proof of ownership or legal authorization if acting on behalf of someone else.
  • Repeat infringers may be permanently blocked.

Counter-Notice

If you believe a takedown request was submitted in error, you may file a counter-notice under the DMCA. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full contact information
  • Identification of the material and its location prior to removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
